    Default самодиагностика Фиат Пунто ГГ

    Firstly locate the ECU diagnostic port, found under the cover that goes over the pierburg on the bulkhead.


    Then remove the cover off the plug.


    When you've done that locate the pin which has the BLUE/WHITE wire coming out it, and stick some wire in the hole below that pin.

    Finally turn on the ignition, and ground the wire for about 4 secs. I used the inlet manifold as it was nearest.


    After doing this you'll find the injector light goes off momentarily then blinks one long blink to signify its about to read a code out. It will then blink out the fault code with noticable pauses between each digit of the code.

    i.e

    Blink *pause* = 1
    Blink Blink *pause* = 2
    Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink *pause*= 5
    Blink Blink Blink Blink Blink *pause*= 5

    Leaving you with a fault code 1255. It'll then repeat this over and over until you switch off, I'm not sure if it lists more than one fault code at a time, it certainly didn't for me.

    The following list is the fault codes with very simple basic translation.



    4444 - No anomaly in memory
    NO PROBLEMS STORED

    1211 - Tension anomalous battery - less than 10 or piщ' of 16 v
    BATTERY VOLTAGE BELOW 10V OR ABOVE 16V

    1214 - Sensor temperature water - more than 140 degrees or less than -35 degrees WATER TEMP ABOVE 140 OR BELOW -35

    1216 - Sensor potenziometro butterfly - circuit closed or opened

    1221 - Measuring amount air (sensor warm thread) - circuit or interrupte
    AIR FLOW METER WIRE BROKEN OR NO SIGNAL

    1223 - inner Circuit probe lambda - telephone exchange short not working LAMBDA SENSOR NOT WORKING

    1224 - Probe lambda - tension lambda meni of 0,09 V or piщ' of 1,1 V LAMBDA VOLTAGE OUT OF RANGE

    1225 - Sensor temperature air - piщ' of 140 degrees or less than -35 degrees AIR TEMP ABOVE 140 OR BELOW -35

    1226 - Module of power ignition - (to verify marks them in escape from the telephone exchange)

    1233 - final Stage of the small engine of the minimum - short circuit

    1235 - air conditioner Marks short them of income from the compressor

    1236 - air conditioner

    1244 Marks them of escape for the compressor - elettrovalvola final Stage canister circuit or opened - out of order in telephone exchange

    1251 - defective Telephone exchange electronic - out of order memory RAM or EPROM
    DEFECTIVE ECU

    1252 - they of tachimetrico sensor
    1255 Marks - injection Marks them of the phase sensor - to verify traferro PHASE SENSOR ?

    1256 - Sensor turns

    1257 - Marks them of the sensor of top dead center - to verify traferro TDC SENSOR?

    1265 - spy Damage commando injection

    3111 - Elettro injector cylinder number 1
    INJECTOR 1

    1312 - Elettro injector cylinder number 2
    INJECTOR 2

    1313 - Elettro injector cylinder number 3
    INJECTOR 3

    1314 - Elettro injector cylinder number 4
    INJECTOR 4

    2111 - Anomaly sensor spark knock
    KNOCK SENSOR

    2114 - butterfly Marks them potenziometro (makes contacts or disturbs on track)
    PROBLEM WITH TPS SHORTED OR BAD

    2116 - Tests of the not valid test - to repeat operation
    RESTART TEST

    2124 - Sensor of phase injection -
    PHASE SENSOR

    2125 Cap barometric
    BAROMETRIC PRESSURE SENSOR

    2133 - defined Code -

    2134 Elettro Over-Boast valve with anomalies - short circuit or open circuit PIERBURG VALVE

    и честито но открива само най-новата грешка и то само една може да покаже

    а има и грешки , които не са описани в този списък ..

    Имам код 0323
    не видях кодове започващи с нула , но при мене май е така.
    Започва един дълъг сигнал след това 3 кратки , 2 кратки, 3 кратки след това пак дълъг сигнал после 3 кратки , 2 кратки ,3 кратки.
    И така се повтаря до безкрай.
    Тази 0 (нула) може да я тълкувам като 1 примерно незнам.
    Симптомите са следните: изкачвах се по Витоша предимно на 3-та предавка с около 2000 оборота и така ми присветна чека поне 4-5 пъти за около 3-4 сек.
    Спрях на място и колата работеше нестабилно.
    След това проблема надолу го нямаше.
    Странен проблем. Като влезе в буст и пусна газ-та и слабо се чува клапана и след това едно такова миауууу.
    Да не ми се моли за нова турбина пък знам ли.
