    Default Motor Control System Failure



    Здравейте, водих колата ми Alfa Romeo 147, 2001, 1.9 JTD в сервиз, защото имах Motor Control System Failure, където показваше грешка P1320 - Timing/revs syncronisation Engine timing incorrect.

    В сервиза казаха, че няма проблем с ангренажният ремък, който е сменян в същият сервиз преди 10000 км, но ми сменили датчика за ангренажния ремък (поне така казват). След това колата много трудно пали и се показват постоянни следните грешки, още при подаване на контакт. Изчистването на грешките не помага, разбира се.

    Някакви идеи?

    P0215 ERROR DETAILS:
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Fuel quantity: 28,5 mm³/i
    Gas pedal position: 0,00 %
    Fuel pressure: 7 bar
    Boost pressure: 0 mbar
    Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
    The reason for this fault is that ECU did not receive signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard warning light was not activated for this fault.

    P0645 ERROR DETAILS:
    Fault status: Open circuit
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Engine speed: 0 rpm
    Fuel quantity: 28,5 mm³/i
    Gas pedal position: 0,00 %
    Fuel pressure: 7 bar
    Boost pressure: 0 mbar
    A/C Clutch relay control circuit
    The reason for this fault is that ECU did not receive signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard warning light was not activated for this fault.


    P0404 ERROR DETAILS:
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Fuel quantity: 28,5 mm³/i
    Gas pedal position: 0,00 %
    Fuel pressure: 7 bar
    Boost pressure: 0 mbar
    The reason for this fault is that ECU did not receive signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Range/Performance
    warning light was not activated for this fault.


    P0638 ERROR DETAILS:
    Fault status: Open circuit
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Engine speed: 0 rpm
    Fuel quantity: 28,5 mm³/i
    Gas pedal position: 0,00 %
    Fuel pressure: 7 bar
    Boost pressure: 0 mbar
    Throttle actuator control range/performance
    The reason for this fault is that ECU did not receive signal from the sensor. The fault is present now. Take appropriate action to fix this sensor fault. Dashboard warning light was activated for this fault.


    P0560 ERROR DETAILS:
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Engine speed: 0 rpm
    Fuel quantity: 28,5 mm³/i
    Gas pedal position: 0,00 %
    Fuel pressure: 7 bar
    Boost pressure: 0 mbar
    Possible reasons for this error:
    - Battery faulty
    - Injection control unit power supply or ground faulty
    - Recharging system
    The reason for this fault is that ECU has received very low signal from the sensor. The fault is not detected now, but it is stored in memory. Clear fault codes, and observe for future appearance of the same fault. Dashboard warning light was not activated for this fault.

    Прекснал или дефектирал е температурният датчик, който се намира на термостата. На първо време почисти и поразмърдай буксата му.

    Благодаря, извадих буксата и я почистих, но без резултат.

    В момента показва Multiecuscan/parameters
    Engine temperature: -40,0 °C
    Engine temperature signal: 0 V

    Това вероятно или само е датчика или целият термостат + датчика за смяна?

    Не е термостат щом е -40С, а датчик, куплунг, и т.н.

    За са да си сигурен, че проблемът е в датчика, изключи му буксата и премери съпротивлението между пиновете, съответстващи на кафевия и синия проводник:



    Нормално трябва да измериш съпротивление в обхвата 2 - 20 килоома. Ако не измериш нищо, търси друг датчик.
